1- Plan out your weekly meals in advance so you have time to make a balanced meals.
2- Drink 10 or more glasses of water per day. Drink at least one glass of water before every meal to help decrease appetite.

4- Eat slowly; chew each bite thoroughly and take your time between bites. It takes approximate 20 minutes for your brain to recognize that you’re full.
5- Cook for yourself at home and resist the urge of eating out as this will ensure you more healthy and low calories delicious meals.
6- Try new foods whenever possible; this allows the opportunity to bring variety to your restricted diet.
7- Add spices or chilies to your food for a flavor boost that can help you feel satisfied.
8 - Brush your teeth after each meal so you won't be tempted to snack.
9 - Sleep 6-8 hours per night. Research shows that lack of sleep can stimulate appetite and lead to overeating.
10- Avoid stress as research shows that stress can aid to weight gain on certain individuals.
11- Keep in mind that zipper with exercise is more effective to loss weight, burn more fat and reshape your body.
